Patients cannot create a new portal account directly from the login page. Ask our staff to enable access and send your invitation.
The activation process is simple once Emerald Eye Care enables your account.

Eyefinity will send an invitation containing your assigned username and instructions for your first login.
Follow the invitation link and enter the patient’s last name and date of birth when prompted.
Choose a secure password, finish the setup, and use the portal button on this page for future access.

View and print available glasses and contact-lens prescriptions.

The portal is convenient for available information, but it may not replace a formal medical-records request. Contact our office if you need records sent to another provider or a complete copy for your files.
